This complimentary package includes: 9-hole scramble; greens fee; club and cart rental; transportation to and from the event; plus a barbeque lunch and networking. We are sending invitations to all registered delegates twice a week inviting them to sign up using this form You may sign up to the waiting list (in case someone cancels, or excursion is not sponsored more places may become available)
CAN I PAY BY INVOICE?
Unfortunately, the invoice option is no longer available as a payment method on our website. Credit card payment is required at check out for all our 2023 events to complete your registration. Once you make the payment, you will receive a paid invoice/payment receipt within 2 working days. And you will also receive access to our partnering system within 24 hours from registration and payment completion.
CAN I CANCEL MY PARTICIPATION AND RECEIVE A REFUND?
As per our flexible registration policy, you are welcome to substitute your all access pass for a digital experience pass. This means that we can downgrade your registration to digital pass only and issue a refund for the difference as long as this is requested 14 days or more before the start of the event.
Alternatively, you are welcome to send a replacement from your company to take over the All-Access pass. But please note that payment is due as outlined above even in the case of non-attendance at the event and therefore we will not be able to grant a full refund.
