  When is the Summit?

The East-West Biopharma Summit takes place Oct. 2-4, 2023, in Kendall Square, Cambridge Mass. This is the same week as a national holiday in China. It is when China biotech leaders often visit the U.S. We expect many to attend the East-West Summit this year, in person.

Can’t attend in person? There are also two bonus days of virtual partnering meetings, Oct. 5-6, 2023.

Why is the Summit Important?

When can I start scheduling one-to-one meetings?

This year there are two days of in-person one-to-one meetings (Oct. 3-4) followed by two days of virtual one-to-one meetings (Oct. 5-6).

You may start scheduling meetings on Sept. 5. Before then, please make sure to update your bio and company profile in the meeting scheduler.
